Feedback
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It’s a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving NHS care or treatment. You can find out more on the NHS website.
How to make a complaint?
We are always happy to improve our services to patients and the way we deliver them. If you have any comments or suggestions we would be pleased to receive them.
Should you have cause to complain we have a proper complaints procedure and would be pleased to assist you in making use of this. You can view a copy of our leaflet by asking for a copy at reception or clicking on the complaint leaflet link below; these are also available throughout the waiting area.
You can also download the complaints form here. When completing the form please give as much detail as possible, this enables the Practice to investigate your complaint fully. This can be emailed using the address at the bottom of the form.
Alternatively please ask to see the Practice Director, Christine Buckley if you have cause to complain.
